At the end of the year, SHYSEMI brought the entire team together at our Shenzhen headquarters for our Annual Review Meeting and Team Celebration. It was a day filled with reflection, recognition, and plenty of moments that reminded us why teamwork sits at the heart of everything we do.
The afternoon began with our annual review meeting. Leaders from each department shared highlights from the past year and outlined their plans for the year ahead. Our General Manager wrapped up the session with a company-wide overview, celebrating key achievements while setting clear priorities for future growth.
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the annual awards ceremony. Based on performance evaluations, we recognized individuals and teams who made outstanding contributions in areas such as technology development, market expansion, customer service, and management innovation.
In total, 15 individual awards and 3 team awards were presented — a small way of saying thank you for the dedication and hard work shown throughout the year.
The celebration continued into the evening with performances prepared by employees from across the company. From group singing and short skits to energetic dance routines, every performance was planned and delivered by our own team members. The result was a relaxed, lively atmosphere full of laughter and applause.
Games, Laughter, and a Little Luck
To keep the energy high, we organized a series of interactive team games designed to encourage collaboration and friendly competition. A lucky draw added an extra layer of excitement, with prizes ranging from electronics to everyday essentials.
The event reflected SHYSEMI’s practical, people-focused culture — balancing business review and future planning with opportunities to connect, relax, and have fun together. Everything wrapped up smoothly by 9:00 p.m., closing a memorable day on a high note.
