Shenhuaying Semiconductor has released a new video documentary showcasing its precision manufacturing process for MUR diode products. The footage reveals four critical production stages that ensure ultra-fast recovery performance.

The MUR diode manufacturing begins with nanoscale silver sintering during die bonding. Shenhuaying Semiconductor's process achieves void rates below 0.5% across all batches. X-ray verification confirms each plastic encapsulation meets automotive-grade standards.

"Precision in ultra fast recovery rectifier diode production directly impacts end-product reliability," stated Ray Li, R&D Director at Shenhuaying Semiconductor. "Our process controls exceed industry norms for high-frequency applications."

Laser dicing with ±5μm accuracy

100% electrical testing under simulated operating conditions

Thermal cycling validation (-55°C to +175°C)

Final quality inspection with automated optical scanning

The MUR diode manufacturing lines at Shenhuaying Semiconductor currently yield 98.2% first-pass success rates. Production capacity stands at 3 million units monthly across all voltage ratings. These MUR diode products serve demanding applications including:
