The SYIM15D60 is a high-performance 600V/15A 3-phase IGBT IPM (Intelligent Power Module) designed for motor drive applications, including induction motors, BLDC motors, and PMSM systems. It integrates HVIC gate drivers, level shifting, and comprehensive protection features such as undervoltage (UV), overcurrent (OC), and overtemperature (OT) protection with temperature sensing output.
The module features three independent low-side negative DC terminals for precise current sensing and control. Built on a high-thermal-conductivity Al₂O₃ ceramic substrate with double-sided copper, it delivers excellent heat dissipation, compact form factor, and high reliability, making it ideal for space-constrained, high-efficiency inverter and power electronics applications.
