Mid Power E Series
The medium-power E-series modules of SHYSEMI are divided into three types: Econo2, EconoDUAL, and Econo3. Its utilize a low-thermal-resistance alumina insulating substrate and a temperature-protection thermistor. The signal terminals are silver-plated for easier soldering, while the substrate is nickel-plated to prevent oxidation and improve long-term storage reliability.
As one of SHYSEMI's flagship products, the Econo series represents leading domestic quality, delivering performance comparable to that of top German and Japanese products.

Econo3

Econo3 Applications:
Econo is often used as an alternative to the earlier complex IGBT solutions or thyristor solutions, simplifying the internal structure (such as single diode configuration, standard packaging). Although it is an economical option, it still undergoes strict industrial-grade reliability tests (such as temperature cycling, power cycling), and mostly adopts third-generation or fourth-generation IGBT chip technology to balance power loss and cost, with controllable failure rate.
